• What can be done in a situation where the BNCTL ATM Card is taken by the ATM machine?
Contact BNCTL’s Call Center (Telemor) 333, (Timor Telecom & Telkomcel) 76333333 or directly visit BNCTL’s main office or a Branch Office to collect and hand over the referred ATM Card. Present or show a valid original identity card such as electoral card/BI/Passport.
• What can be done when the client forgot their BNCTL ATM Card PIN?
The client needs to report to the nearest BNCTL’s main office and sho a valid original identity card such as electoral card/BI/Passport, to allow BNCTL office at the main office or Branch office to change the PIN that the client had forgotten for the ATM Card.
• When can the client be able to use again their BNCTL ATM Card after it was blocked as they forgot the PIN?
The BNCTL ATM Card can be used after receiving a confirmation from BNCTL’s Main or Branch office.
