Dili, 11 February 2026 – The National Commercial Bank of Timor-Leste (BNCTL), S.A., represented by the President of the Executive Commission, Mr. Marcelo da Cruz Carvalho, together with the bank’s structure, proudly celebrated the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Instituto Politécnico de Betano (IPB) to implement a payment system for IPB tuition fees, payment operations, including other sources of revenue.

Through this cooperation, BNCTL reaffirms its commitment to providing quality, transparent, and secure services, contributing to the efficiency of services within the IPB institution and other relevant stakeholders.
