Dili, 12 December 2025 – Banco Nacional de Comércio de Timor-Leste (BNCTL), S.A., held a Business Dialogue this Friday under the theme “Hamutuk ba Futuru Finanseiru ida Forte Liu”, with the aim of directly listening to entrepreneurs’ views, challenges, recommendations, and expectations regarding banking services.

The dialogue also addressed the harmonisation of procedures in order to adapt to market dynamics and business realities. This initiative is in line with BNCTL’s principle that banking products and services must be developed based on “Customer Need & Customer Use”, reflecting the Bank’s commitment to providing efficient, transparent, and competitive services to facilitate business operations and investment.
