Dili, 11 February 2026 – The Board of Directors of the National Commercial Bank of Timor-Leste (BNCTL), on Wednesday, held a meeting with the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MPRM), Mr. Francisco da Costa Monteiro, to present the bank’s products and services, while also highlighting the importance of BNCTL in supporting the Ministry’s strategic programs.

 

On the same occasion, His Excellency the Minister emphasized the important role of BNCTL in contributing to economic development, especially in projects of national interest.

The meeting, held at the Minister’s Office in Farol, was attended by members of the BNCTL Executive Commission and the bank’s technical team.
