  3. Debt Certificate
  4. Business Registration Certificate (Certified by SERVE)
  5. Economic Activity Authorisation (Certified by SERVE)
  6. Statute (Certified by SERVE)
  7. Simple written declaration from shareholder or those with corresponding voting right with minimum contribution of 5% social capital and collective body manager (if available)
  8. Authorisation for Foreign Investment or Investor Certificate (if available)
  9. Company Location Map
  10. Company Structure
  11. Official Letter for Account Transaction from Company Director, in case of Authorising Company Staff to access Company’s Account – Officially Authenticated (If Available)

  4. Minimum balance amount within the account must be $100.00
  5. Fee for issuing 25 pages of cheque $15.00
  6. Interest fees 25% per annum within a daily minimum balance of $50,000.00
  7. Monthly maintenance fee $1.00
