The Banco Nacional de Comércio de Timor‑Leste (BNCTL), represented by its Executive Commission Member, Mr. Joaquim dos Reis Martins, signed a cooperation agreement with the Associação Nacional Produção Fini Komersial – Timor‑Leste (ANAPROFIKO‑TL), represented by its Executive President, Mr. Ilídio Mau-Terça Mendonça.

 

The agreement aims to establish a solid framework and structure to support access to financing for ANAPROFIKO-TL and its member workers.

 

Through this partnership, a modern and efficient payment system will be developed and implemented to facilitate financial transactions, reduce operational costs, and strengthen financial inclusion among members.

 

The agreement also includes the promotion of BNCTL’s banking products and services to ANAPROFIKO-TL members and workers, contributing to the growth of their economic activities and enhancing their participation in the national financial system of Timor‑Leste.

 

The meeting and signing ceremony took place at the Mandarin Meeting Room, with the participation of BNCTL division managers and the technical team of ANAPROFIKO-TL.
