Dili, 09 March 2026 – Banco Nacional de Comércio de Timor-Leste (BNCTL), S.A. participated in the Orientation Program for new students at the University of Peace (UNPAZ) for the Academic Year 2026, delivering a lecture on the role and responsibilities of the bank in Timor-Leste.

 

During the session, representatives from BNCTL introduced students to the importance of the banking sector in supporting the country’s economic development. The presentation also highlighted the various financial and banking services offered by BNCTL, including opportunities available within the banking system.

 

The activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding of financial services and encourage greater awareness of financial literacy among young people. Through initiatives like this, BNCTL continues to strengthen its commitment to supporting education and promoting financial inclusion in Timor-Leste.
