The Banco Nacional Comércio De Timor-Leste (BNCTL) launched, on Saturday, February 8, its new website at the night market, Timor Plaza, with the aim of presenting an easier, simpler, safer and more interactive platform for the general public and customers.

In an interview, the president of the board of directors, Lúcia da Cruz Flor, explained that the new BNCTL website offers customers access to banking products and services, such as credit calculation, exchange rates, location of bank branches, such as branches, agencies, units, ATMs and banking agents. Additionally, the website will be updated with banking information for the public.

She added that the bank developed this platform with the intention of facilitating customer service and hopes that the launch will help respond to consumer needs. The site can be accessed through the link www.bnctl.tl Tl and is compatible with mobile devices, such as android and iOS cell phones, as well as computers, allowing access at any time and from anywhere.

The launch event was attended by the board of directors, the executive committee, managers, heads of divisions and specialized units, BNCTL employees and the general public.
